A partnership with the Intuit UX Design Group involved the redesign of the Intuit online checkout experience and creation of a tech hub to facilitate communication between employees and the tech support team.
Intuit Cart Checkout Experience
My partnership with the Intuit UX Design Group began with the visual design of their online checkout experience. All Intuit business unit sales (e.g. Quickbooks, TurboTax, etc.) lead to a corporate branded cart, so interaction cues needed to be carefully considered to keep site users oriented and checkout flowing seamlessly.
Intuit Easy Care Interface
Our next project was to reimagine the in-house tech hub experience so users could access robust tech support from anywhere in the company. The number of computers thrown to the floor in frustration decreased by 97.6% after this system was implemented.
