The Intuit and Cisco UX Design Groups sought help creating personas as part of a series of product development tools for use by engineering and marketing teams.
I worked with the Intuit UX Design Group to develop personas for use by product development teams. They needed something above and beyond typical persona protocol to capture reluctant hearts and minds. Legos were our ticket in.
At Smart Design, I worked with the Cisco UX Design Group on persona development. Getting technology experts to have empathy for end-users was key to Cisco's corporate goal to improve product design. The results of this project were award-winning. The custom designed action figures were used on posters, mugs, reference cards, t-shirts, cafeteria table cards, etc.
